Established
in 1997 Johnson's Tooling found its nitch in the industry
by providing nonstandard profiling, threading and grooving
inserts. We have developed tooling and fixtures that
would accurately generate internal and external radii
with tangent angles. Our innovative method of generating
various forms and shapes has allowed us to compete
economically with the more expensive protocol of machines
used elsewhere.
With
a continued desire to improve our product and efficiency,
JTI has purchased automated numerical controlled periphery
grinding machines. These have given JTI greater flexibility
and an ability to manufacture a wide variety of precision
parts. JTI now makes most of the popular styles of
milling inserts.
We
stock many styles of carbide
blanks in several different grades. These can be
custom ground to your specifications and shipped in
under 10 working days. Allow one extra week if the
parts are to be coated. If your company uses an item
regularly, you may chose to place a blanket order.
We will keep those items stocked for scheduled releases
for up to six months after the initial order.
