The versatile Model 132C incorporates a unique workhead
that allows cam relief grinding of odd-fluted tools (1, 3,
5, 7) as well as even-fluted tools (2, 4, 6, 10) by simply
making a 5 second cam change. |

| SEMI-AUTOMATIC DRILL
AND TOOL GRINDERS |
These machines incorporate all of the
features found on the manually operated models, except
that the workhead
is air powered for rotation and cam action. This semi-automatic
feature offers extremely quiet and smooth operation,
and can be instantly overridden for manual operation.
The Workhead
Power Drive System consists of: Air-gearmotor, muffler,
4-way valve, filter, regulator, lubricator, pressure
gauge, calibrated speed control valve and hand knob (for
manual
override).

| AUTOMATIC INFEED DRILL
AND TOOL GRINDERS |
The above semi-automatic models (except
the 132C) can be equipped with the automatic infeed system
which
can increase productivity because this allows the operator
to do other tasks nearby while the drill is being ground.
This system allows manual or semi-automatic operation of
all tool grinding and automatic infeed on standard drill
points, countersinks and reamers.The grinding rate is adjustable
and the counter can be preset for 1-99 cycles. Larger,
three phase motors are standard. An electroplated CBN
grinding
wheel (standard) is used with the automatic infeed and
requires no dressing.
