It is necessary that you ship your machine, along with all accessories and spare parts for our evaluation. We will give you an estimate within 24 hours of receiving your machine. any of your spare parts that we use, would of course reduce the rebuild costs. Any remaining parts would be returned to you.

SAMPLE REBUILD LIST:

• Completely disassemble and clean the machine.
• Inspect the machine for worn or damaged parts.
• Replace, or recondition, all worn or damaged parts.
• Replace all ball bearings.
• Completely paint and reassemble the machine.
• Calibrate, align, and bench test the grinder
• Install halogen lighting system.
• Install new signal light system.
• Install dust control system
• Black oxiding of all collets and internal parts, as a rust preventative and re-chrome parts as necessary
• Install machine, including a training session.
• Complete up-dated manual and parts price sheets.
